Refund policy


Return Policy

FREE RETURNS on all US orders...the following conditions must be met: 

1. Items must be returned within 30 days after the purchase date.

2. Items must be unused and in original packaging

3. The customer is responsible for shipping.

4. Customized orders are not returnable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
No exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed 7 days after we receive your package. (The original shipping fee and insurance is non refundable.)   

The items must be unused and have the original tags attached and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Manicures 2 Go.

NOTE: (The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, pet supplies and accessories [except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets]. We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.
